Charlotte Bailey joined Middleton Advisors as an assistant after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University with a degree in Rural Land Management. Now assisting in the completion service for the country department Charlotte is looking forward to broadening her knowledge, putting her degree and professional studies to practical use, and building relationships with Middleton clients.
“My family have been property investors for many years so I’ve always taken an interest in property, and in country pursuits, and it felt inevitable that I would go down this route,” says Charlotte, who has also embarked on her RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), the next step towards becoming a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
