Meet James Moran, Head of London Sales

James joined the Middleton team from an established central London agent and now heads the London Sales department. He brings with him over 20 years of property experience and an assurance that the Middleton values are adopted in this part of the business – trust, independence, focus, diligence and knowledge.

“Sales has always been my sole focus and only discipline. And it’s always been my approach to develop a bespoke campaign for each property that I bring to market,” says James. “With Middleton I know that’s exactly what the brand stands for and that I’ll be fully supported in that approach.”

“I’ve always focused on prime central London – Westminster and RBKC in particular – advising a broad range of clients from families looking to move from London to the country, foreign buyers building investment portfolios, family offices and institutional clients. I’ve worked with most of the large Estates in prime central London, and that’s provided me a good background in short-lease sales as well as knowledge of the enfranchisement process too.”

After leaving university, James spent a period as a rugby player with Harlequins RFC, around the time the game was moving from amateur to fully professional. Nowadays he’s happiest watching his two sons playing rugby or following Harlequins from the side-lines.
