While the average price for a detached home might be higher than the London average, you get more for your money. A house in Fulham might cost £2,000 a sq ft while one in Cobham might be nearer to £1,000 a sq ft. “It tends to be families and they are looking for places with a community, good schools and decent housing stock.”
