Ben Horne of Middleton Advisors was quoted in The Telegraph saying “there are not many properties with commercial fishing lakes around, but they are perfect if you are an early retiree who wants a project but not necessarily a serious income, it needs to be someone who has a genuine interest in fishing, though.”
