Milly has always had an interest in property – growing up in the Lincolnshire countryside with her love of architecture and classic English houses.
After graduating from Newcastle University in 2023 with a degree in Urban Planning, she headed to London and built her experience working at a multidisciplinary studio, specialising in interiors for private jets, yachts, and ultra-prime properties around the world.
In June 2025, she joined Middleton Advisors as Executive Assistant to the London Sales team, working with James Moran and Tom Parsons.
“The Urban Planning degree course was so much more than just planning law and land use. A major focus was on place-making, exploring all the different aspects that contribute to what a place is – property in its broadest sense. I really enjoyed that, having always considered myself destined for a career in property.”

Rowing was a significant part of my life growing up, competing at national level with Nottinghamshire County Rowing Association. Although I haven’t rowed for a few years, the teamwork, discipline and commitment it instilled in me continue to shape how I approach my work – supporting James and Tom as we grow Middleton’s London sales department.”
