Jasper is the newest recruit to Middleton’s growing country buying team, ensuring that we have experts covering every part of southern England and Prime Central London.
As with all of our advisors, Jasper is fully embedded in the area that he covers. He grew up in St George’s Hill, Surrey, went to school here and, with four teenage children, has been on the journey that many Middleton clients will embark on – checking out local schools, transport connections, amenities and communities.
Jasper has been working in prime property since 2007, although his BA and Postgraduate Degree were both in the field of marketing and creative advertising.
He has worked with both Hamptons and latterly Savills, where he was an Associate Director opening an office in East Sheen, and also working in Wandsworth and Barnes.
“By the end I was doing a lot of management and not enough client work,” says Jasper. “And I’ve always cared a lot about clients and the journey they want to go on.”
In 2024 Jasper decided to set up his own buying business. The success of that venture ensured that Jasper was set on the path of buying, specifically in the prime London and Surrey sector. “I really loved the ability to deal with clients in a very bespoke way,” says Jasper, “but working on my own, less so. I’d known Rhianne McIlroy and Ashley Wilsdon from my days in the Barnes office, and I’d always admired the service culture that Middleton clearly lived and breathed. So when the opportunity arose to join Middleton, and particularly to bring my encyclopaedic knowledge of the Surrey, East Berkshire region, I jumped at it.”
At the weekends, you’ll find Jasper haring around the Surrey Hills on his mountain bike, or trying to perfect his Padel game, the fast-paced racket sport that is rapidly growing worldwide.
