Since graduating from The University of Edinburgh in 2018, Georgie Anstey has built up a broad portfolio of experience in the private client world. She joined Middleton in 2025 from another London-based buying advisory firm where she spent four years acquiring prime residential property in Central and North London.
Georgie is innately protective of clients and meticulous in her approach to identifying off-market properties and matching clients with their ideal home and area of London.
“I was drawn to this industry by my deep appreciation for property and architecture, but it’s the people and my deep love for London that really motivate me every day,” she says.
“I love how diverse London is. It is genuinely a vast collection of villages, distinguished not just by architecture but by the people, heritage and ambience. It can feel quite tribal at times!”

In her spare time, Georgie is often found running around one of London’s leafy parks or listening to the cricket commentary on Radio 4’s Test Match Special.
