Charlotte joined Middleton as a Country Buying advisor, specialising in prime property across the Cotswolds – one of the UK’s most sought-after country markets.
Charlotte spent much of her childhood in the Cotswolds while attending school in London, before studying Real Estate at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester. Having lived and worked in the area for many years, she brings a deeply embedded understanding of its villages, architecture and lifestyle, from Broadway and Upper Slaughter to Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold, Cirencester and Tetbury. She began her career in property development in London before moving to Knight Frank, where she worked across the country house and prime residential markets in the Cotswolds and the wider South of England. This experience has given her a strong commercial grounding, alongside particular expertise in equestrian property.
“Having spent several years on the sales side, I developed a real appreciation for how important considered advice is when making such significant decisions. I’ve always been drawn to the buying side, where you can build long-term relationships and act solely in a client’s best interests.”
Having previously worked alongside Middleton Advisors on a number of transactions, Charlotte was drawn to the firm’s reputation for discretion, diligence and deep market insight. She now acts exclusively for buyers, identifying and securing opportunities both on and off market. Working closely with each client, Charlotte delivers a highly personalised and discreet service, combining local knowledge with a clear understanding of the wider market.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys travelling and equestrian pursuits.
