Julia Wellard is a highly experienced leader in Human Resources and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
As a consultant to Middleton Advisors, she is helping the management board navigate ongoing growth from small to medium size company and employer. Julia assisted and advised on the recent transition of Middleton to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) – a structure that secures our independence and client-focused approach.

Julia has successfully led large teams and collaborated with boards and executive teams to implement effective people strategies across more than 30 years in senior HR roles in companies including including Boden, Asahi and Miller Brands.
