Ashley Wilsdon of Middleton Advisors was quoted in The Times newspaper’s Home saying “demand for the traditional pied-à-terre has dried up over the past few years. Owning a studio or one-bedroom property simply as a place to sleep for a few nights a week has always been a luxury, which typically does less well during uncertain times.”
