While we have been conscious of the effects Brexit may or may not have on property prices, it seems the same cause for concern could be responsible for a boost in the UK holiday home market. Despite the spike in the country it’s argued Bath, London & Oxford are still favourites.
In the Sunday Times piece it’s discussed how the holiday rentals market has seen an increase in both searches and bookings compared to last year. Adam Buxton adds, “Anyone with an annexe over a garage or who is heading off for a month in summer considers using rental sites to generate some pocket money or make it a sideline business”
