Chris is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced public and private company Finance Director who has primarily worked in the natural resources, telecoms and commodity trading sectors, assisting companies with corporate finance and fundraising as well as having a strong focus on financial reporting, internal controls, and corporate governance. He has a long history of helping businesses maintain sufficient controls and operating structures as they grow, restructure and transform and he works with the Middleton Finance team to facilitate this.
