Juliette provides strategic and operational advice to Middleton’s management board, drawing on 30 years of experience across professional services, property, and engineering sectors. She is a chartered accountant by profession and has previously held positions as CFO and COO with Savills PLC and as Group CEO of engineering group Mabey Holdings.
