Nearing 10 years in the property industry, Oliver has an established network in London that has proved valuable towards his success.
Having started in Dulwich and selling property in South-East London, Oliver then moved to boutique independent agency, Anderson Rose in Shad Thames, where he led a team, covering a wide breadth of real estate, whether it was selling warehouse conversions, new builds or family houses, across East London.
With a degree in Psychology and an interest in drama, Oliver feels that the study of the mind and human behaviour has helped him in the ‘slow-burn’ of prime property negotiations and transactions, dealing with such a diverse range of professionals and clients.
“I enjoy the ever-changing nature of the London property market, and how you need to stay focused and knowledgeable on the distinct micro-markets that make up the city. Working collaboratively and learning from each other is crucial – the team culture at Middleton is remarkable,” says Oliver, “with fantastic support across the whole company”.
Outside of work, a self-professed foodie, Oliver has always been drawn to the culinary scene of East London, arguably the best in the capital and can always provide a recommendation from street food to Michelin-star restaurants.
