Charlie Cole is Executive Assistant to Ben Horne, Middleton’s Head of Country Buying. Charlie grew up on a family farm in Oxfordshire, currently holds an advisory role with Oxfordshire Young Farmers, and also coordinates events and shows as a volunteer with the local Ploughing Society. So, she is deeply immersed in rural living in both her professional and personal life.
She cut her teeth in property at Savills where, over the course of five years, she gained invaluable experience in departments including rural valuations, food and farming, and rural marketing and events.
