To outsiders, it appeared the country market was at a standstill. However, those looking to buy in the countryside are emerging once more to find their perfect country idyll. According to The Times, property heads have reported 50% increase in buyers looking for homes priced at more than £2.5 million, with the warmer weather boosting viewings.
Tom Hudson, Head of Estates and Special Projects, spoke to The Times to discuss how to attract buyers to your property, with sensible pricing (no matter the budget) still key when selling your home; “It is not so much about available funds, it is more about not wanting to overspend or bid in a vacuum.”
