Traditionally perceived as lagging behind in terms of equality and inclusivity, the property sector has faced numerous wake-up calls in recent years, ranging from gender pay disparities to alarming instances of harassment. Despite well-intentioned advocacy and discourse, the question remains: has tangible progress truly been achieved? In commemoration of International Women’s Day, PrimeResi sought insights from prominent leaders within the residential industry, seeking to ascertain the extent of actual transformation and exploring avenues for further advancement.
