Former Knight Frank agent Charlotte Hall has joined to advise buyers across the region’s most sought-after addresses.
London and country property agency Middleton Advisors has strengthened its coverage of the Cotswolds market with a new recruit.
The prime-focused firm has appointed former Knight Frank associate Charlotte Hall to advise across a sweep of the region’s most sought-after addresses, from Broadway and Upper Slaughter to Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold, Cirencester and Tetbury.
Schooled in London, Hall spent much of her childhood in the Cotswolds, before studying Real Estate at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester. After starting her career in property development at Be Living and EcoWorld London, she moved to Knight Frank, and worked across the country house and prime residential markets in the Cotswolds and wider South of England.
Now operating as part of the Middleton team, she will be acting exclusively for buyers, identifying and securing local opportunities both on and off market.
The firm was set up in 2008 and has completed over £1.7bn of transactions to date. It has four main divisions covering London Buying, London Sales, Country Buying and Estates & Special Projects.
Charlotte Hall: “Having spent several years on the sales side, I developed a real appreciation for how important considered advice is when making such significant decisions. I’ve always been drawn to the buying side, where you can build long-term relationships and act solely in a client’s best interests.”
Ben Horne, Head of Country Buying at Middleton Advisors: “The Cotswolds’ serious demand from buyers remains unchanged. What has shifted is the level of sophistication required to navigate the market well. The supply of the best-in-class homes remains constrained, competition among buyers is fierce, and a significant proportion of the best transactions are completed entirely off market. In that environment, an advisor who genuinely knows the area, its villages and its pricing, is not a luxury but a necessity. Charlotte’s experience and her deep roots in the Cotswolds make her exactly the right person to guide clients through it.”
