A large percentage of traditional pied a terre buyers have put their property search on hold, due to the uncertaintly surrounding Brexit and addtional 3% SDLT. However, many of our clients are still looking for second homes but with more of a purpose than just a place to stay while in London. Long term investment value, inhertitance-tax planning and portfolio diversification are some of the main drivers.
