Hollie joined Middleton in November 2023 having spent 13 years as a rural surveyor and sales agent in the farms sector. After an early foray into the travel industry, Middleton founder Tom Hudson quickly moved into prime property – the industry that, he acknowledges, was always going to be his calling.

Rhianne McIlroy ‘made it her mission’ to know prime central London and its different neighbourhoods inside and out. She has worked in luxury goods as well as on the sales side of prime London property before joining Middleton in December 2020.
