When Eilidh McIntyre decided against defending her Olympic title at the 2024 games, she knew she would need a genuinely challenging role to compensate for the thrill of competitive sport that she had known since joining the British Sailing Team at the age of 15.

With clients giving our Estates and Special Projects department ever broader briefs, Rosanna has joined the team as a consultant, advising on acquisitions of property specifically for hospitality purposes.

Hollie joined Middleton in November 2023 having spent 13 years as a rural surveyor and sales agent in the farms sector. A qualified Chartered Surveyor, and certified by the Central Associations of Agricultural Valuers, Hollie particularly values the team ethos at Middleton. “Our weekly exec meetings mean that clients benefit from the input and perspective of all of our advisors – and that is really refreshing and positive,” says Hollie.

After an early foray into the travel industry, Middleton founder Tom Hudson quickly moved into prime property – the industry that, he acknowledges, was always going to be his calling.

Rhianne McIlroy ‘made it her mission’ to know prime central London and its different neighbourhoods inside and out. She has worked in luxury goods as well as on the sales side of prime London property before joining Middleton in December 2020.
