James joined the Middleton team in 2021 from an established central London agent and now heads the London Sales department. He brings with him over 20 years of property experience and an assurance that the Middleton values are adopted in this part of the business – trust, independence, focus, diligence and knowledge.

Mollie Dale joined Middleton in February 2021 following a varied career in fashion, TV and more recently three years with a London selling agent. She is an executive assistant working with Middleton’s London team, to support Ashley Wilsdon and Rhianne McIlroy.

Before joining Middleton Advisors in November 2002, Sophie O’Donovan worked in a range of business sectors, but always in a customer service, operations or administrative role.

Charlotte Bailey joined Middleton Advisors as an executive assistant in October 2020 after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University with a degree in Rural Land Management. She works with Middleton’s Country team, supporting Tom Hudson.

Lucy Robson joined Middleton Advisors in October 2019 with a broad range of business experience, in various international locations. She is now executive assistant to Middleton’s co-founder, Mark Parkinson.
