Tom Parsons joined Middleton in 2022, soon after the London Sales department was launched by James Moran. Since then Tom has helped consolidate our presence in Prime Central London, working with clients to sell family homes, in the £3-7m sector of the market.
“I’ve really enjoyed getting to understand and apply the Middleton service ethos,” says Tom. “And, having established our reputation and extended our reach, we’re receiving an ever-wider range of briefs.”
Tom’s property career started in London in 2015 at one of the UK’s largest agents and he has since built an extensive knowledge of the PCL market and a reputation as a trusted advisor in this sector.
“It’s important to be able to stand out from the crowd in London, and I’m very proud to have successfully managed relationships on both sides of the transaction – primarily by building a strong rapport with both vendor and buyer, and always advising clients with their best interests at heart.”
During the weekends, Tom can be found on the rugby pitch where he plays for a local club in South West London.
